Wilwood 140-10158-R CPB 12.88" Rear Big Brake Kit With Red Calipers and Slotted Rotors for 1994-2004 Ford Mustang

Wilwood hydro-mechanical Combination Parking Brake (CPB) calipers use hydraulic pressure from the master cylinder for stopping power, and an internal mechanical lock within the caliper for a parking brake. CPB kits are built primarily for front wheel drive vehicles, and select rear wheel drive axles that are not well suited for internal shoe style parking brakes. The calipers are coupled with oversized two-piece rotor assemblies with aluminum hats and high friction BP-10 compound pads. CPB kits provide the correct balanced brake performance and matching style to compliment front big brake upgrade kits.

Brake Kit does not include flex lines. Flexline brake lines are necessary to complete the installation of the kit and must be ordered separately. For non-IRS (Cobra) models, add Kit # WIL-220-12202.  For IRS models, you will need to have custom lines built.

This kit also requires an extended rear parking brake cable for proper function. Use Kit # WIL-330-11282 

*This Brake Kit may require 17-inch or larger wheels or wheels spacers for proper fit. Please refer to the wheel clearance diagram image to verify caliper clearance for your specific wheel.

Notes

This system includes Red Calipers. Please see additional listing for Black Calipers. Installation of Wilwood Disc Brake Kits may affect the wheel offset and will require a larger diameter wheel for caliper clearance.
