Accesspeed is excited to offer Wilwood’s premium performance big brake kits to the Can-Am Maverick X3 UTV. An entirely new caliper and rotor design have been engineered and manufactured in Wilwood’s US headquarters, using the same technology Wilwood has been employing for decades for race cars, trucks and military vehicles, only scaled down appropriately for SXS side-by-side UTVs. Radial-mount NDPR four-piston front calipers are matched to NDPR four-piston rear calipers and use larger dynamically-mounted steel floating rotors to reduce piston knockback and improve thermal capacity.

Wilwood’s specially formulated Hi-Temp° 570 Racing Brake Fluid has a minimum 570° F dry boiling point to withstand the severe heat requirements of automotive racing. Hi-Temp° 570’s low viscosity allows easy bleeding of your brake system, eliminating aeration of the brake fluid caused by foaming due to excessive pumping of the pedal. Hi-Temp° 570 comes in convenient 12 ounce containers hermetically sealed to guarantee against unwanted absorption of moisture which can drastically lower the fluids boiling point (fluid from larger containers tends to become contaminated with moisture, lowering its boiling point and making it unsuitable for racing applications).

• Larger, thicker, dynamically mounted 11.60” x 0.25” steel rotors eliminate knockback and reduce thermal distortion; available plain face or drilled.
• Wilwood Narrow DynaPro four piston radial mount calipers with strengthened body reduces deflection and increases clamping efficiency.
• NDPR calipers offered in gloss red and black powder coat, or 22 additional caliper color options. (Additional charges apply for custom colors)
• Standard kits come complete with fade-resistant BP-20 brake pads, banjo bolt and crush washers to connect to factory lines on most models.
• Race-spec kits use Type III hard anodized calipers and more aggressive, fade-free BP-28 brake pads.
• Fully compatible with factory master cylinder, ABS, and pedals.
• Kits fit most wheels 14” and larger.
