FRONT:
This DPR Forged Dynapro Big Brake Kit is designed for the WWE AFX Pro spindles. AFX Pro Spindles fit 1964-1972 GM A Body, 1967-1969 GM F Body, 1968-1974 GM X Body vehicles. NDPR Brake Kits feature Aluminum Hub assemblies, Forged Narrow Dynapro 4-piston calipers and two-piece 11.75” SRP drilled or HD plain face rotors with aluminum rotor adapters to deliver the ultimate combination for braking power. Built exclusively for 14” and larger wheels, NDPR kits enhance tire and suspension upgrades on street and track machines. The 140-15909-D kit comes complete with calipers, rotors, hub assembly, brackets and hardware. THIS FRONT BRAKE KIT HAS A HUB OFFSET OF: +.19 (This Hub Offset will move the wheels inward or outward from the fender by this amount on each side of the vehicle.)
REAR:
FDL Pro-Series rear disc brake kits provide a complete solution for popular muscle car rear axles on applications where individual wheel parking brake assemblies are not required. Forged billet Dynalite four piston calipers, two-piece hat and rotor assemblies, and high friction pads provide optimized and balanced braking for all types of off-road, competition, and other customized applications. FDL calipers can be optioned with a full range of finishes to reflect personalized style. Rotor choices provide options for high-tech show winning style, or heavy weight durability and cooling capacity for high heat competition. This rear kit 140-5236-BD is designed for unidirectional shock mount rear ends. For C-Clip Eliminator and Special End axles only.
DROP SPINDLE KIT:
Wilwood’s AFX ProSpindle Kits contain a pair of high strength steel spindles for 1964-1972 GM A Body, 1967-1969 GM F Body, 1968-1974 GM X Body vehicles that use the original bolt on steering arms. Specifically designed for use with Wilwood’s disc brake kits with a 2.00” drop for a more aggressive stance without affecting steering geometry. With the added benefits of providing a lower center of gravity, raised front roll center and a decreased camber change also improve handling with less body roll. Installs using the OE ball joints using original or aftermarket control arms. A unique caliper mounting feature provides fortified attachment of four new brake kit options ranging in rotor sizes from 11.00” to 14.00” diameters, with options for both four and six piston calipers. The 831-15890 spindles mount with OE ball joints in stock or aftermarket control arms, and retain the original bolt-on steering arms. Includes Driver/Left and Passenger/Right spindles.
BRAKE LINES:
Wilwood’s stainless steel braided Flexlines are manufactured to the highest quality standards, and are designed to fit each application. Accesspeed inlcudes 14" front & rear brake line kits. These premium grade Flexlines are durable and provide “hard line” pedal feel, while allowing braided line heat dissipation. Wilwood Flexline Brake Line Kit 220-7056 or 220-8307. (Recommended for most applications.)
BRAKE FLUID:
Wilwood’s specially formulated Hi-Temp° 570 Racing Brake Fluid has a minimum 570° F dry boiling point to withstand the severe heat requirements of automotive racing. Hi-Temp° 570’s low viscosity allows easy bleeding of your brake system, eliminating aeration of the brake fluid caused by foaming due to excessive pumping of the pedal. Hi-Temp° 570 comes in convenient 12 ounce containers hermetically sealed to guarantee against unwanted absorption of moisture which can drastically lower the fluids boiling point (fluid from larger containers tends to become contaminated with moisture, lowering its boiling point and making it unsuitable for racing applications).
