The 2001-2005 Mazda Miata NB with Sports Suspension is a second-generation MX-5 that is a lightweight and fun-to-drive sports car like its predecessor, but now comes with a more powerful engine and a stiffer chassis. With these performance gains, the model could now use improvement in braking capacity, especially for driving events like autocross or track days. Wilwood’s new rear brake rotor & hat upgrade kit from Accesspeed offers an easy way to increase thermal braking capacity while reducing weight.  This new Miata NB Sport rear brake upgrade kit is a simple bolt-on installation of hat to rotor using factory hubs, spindles and calipers while being fully compatible with stock mater cylinder and front brakes. Featuring durable, long wearing proprietary iron alloy solid rotors that are 10.85” x 0.39” (278mm x 10mm) available in plain face, GT slotted, or SRP drilled and slotted. Hats come black E-coated with a short offset fixed mount configuration made with premium aluminum alloy providing high strength with minimal weight. All necessary premium-grade hardware is included.
