Wagner Tuning offers a wide range of intercoolers and engine parts for a variety of vehicle manufacturers and models. The intercooler is undoubtedly one of the essential components of any car with a turbocharged or supercharged engine. This forced induction is effectively supported by the intercooler, which cools down the airflow leaving the compressor significantly. The team at Wagner Tuning has specialized in the development, design and production of intercoolers and other engine parts such as air intake systems, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, down pipes, charge pipes, Y-pipes, grilles and silicon hose kits. Thanks to innovative development software and measurement technology, the highest precision in production, and the high-quality demands on Wagner team members, they have become a globally operating company with a constantly growing circle of satisfied customers. Founded in 2002, the Wagner Tuning headquarters are located in Dessau-Roßlau, Germany, with a U.S. division located in Kilgore, Texas. At WAGNER TUNING, there is no standing still, as their development engineers are always on the pulse of the latest developments. Accesspeed is proud to offer Wagner Tuning products to our customers. Speed Calibration and Speedometer Calibrators

Do I need to recalibrate my speedometer?

As long as your vehicle is maintained at factory specs for tire size, gear ratio and transmission, the speedometer should continue to register vehicle speed within this range. If you modify your tire size, gears and/or transmission, your speedometer may need to be recalibrated.

How do you recalibrate a speedometer for bigger tires?

Changing tire size is one of the most common things car owners do that can affect speedometer accuracy.  Most modern vehicles can have the tire diameter changed in the vehicle computer, which will recalibrate the speedometer properly. However, if your vehicle does not have this feature, you will need to purchase a Speedometer Calibrator.
