What are grab handles? Grab handles are primarily designed for two reasons. First, grab handles help you enter and exit your vehicle. Second, grab handles are used by passengers to hold on for dear life when you are driving. For this application, grab handles are often referred to as oh sh!t handles or chicken handles, as your passengers (or victims) have something solid to which they can attach their white-knuckled hands.
