The ZL1 bi-modal exhaust system, as most of you know, is very unique. Continuing in that tradition, B&B has recently introduced a line of exhaust systems for the new Chevy Camaro ZL1.

Mandrel-bent 3" tubing all the way through. Full Catback system. For the Billy Boat Camaro ZL1 exhaust system we use aircraft-grade, T-304 Stainless Steel. 3" into the muffler, 3" out of the muffler. Utilizing the ZL1's bi-modal valve, the Billy Boat Exhaust for the Camaro ZL1 is unparalleled. Did we mention that the Billy Boat Exhaust on the ZL1 comes with 4" quad tips? That's right: this already-roaring beast of a machine has now been even further unleashed.

B&B has also designed a muffler specifically for the ZL1 Camaro using their proprietary Purge Resonance Technology or PRT. Hand fabricated out of T304 stainless steel, the muffler offers increased exhaust flow and emits a nice deep muscle car, and enhanced-ZL1-style growl at idle, roaring into acceleration and gallopping through to cruising speeds as it hits stride--all while eliminating the unwanted in-cabin, low frequency resonation drone that plagues many other exhausts made for the ZL1 by those without extensive knowledge of the ZL1's bi-modal exhaust control. Bottom line: you can expect, and feel, performance increases of 7-8hp and 15-20ft/lbs torque across a wider rev-range than anyone else.  The mufflers and tips are fully polished to a mirror like finish and, as with all Billy Boat Performance Exhaust systems it is backed with a limited LIFETIME warranty.

The Billy Boat Performance Exhaust for the Chevy Camaro ZL1 incorporates the latest in resonance control technology: B&B’s proprietary Purge Resonance Technology (PRT). The completely reengineered PRT system allows you to have a mild exhaust note at cruising speeds yet a forceful note on aggressive driving. The complex yet simple design gives you the increased sound and performance you are looking for with its straight through design on moderate to hard acceleration and then the unique purge chambers cancel out the unwanted interior noise during low rpm cruising speeds. The mufflers use 3" tubing for maximum flow throughout the system.
