With core dimensions of 360 mm x 294 mm x 110 mm each and an impressive total volume of 23.3 liters, they offer an immense 76% larger flow area and a sensational 94% more charge air volume compared to the standard coolers. Optimal airflow thanks to carbon air ducts: The scope of delivery includes matching carbon air ducts, which ensure that the intercoolers are optimally supplied with fresh air. The cast aluminum end boxes with integrated air ducts, which have been flow-optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, also ensure homogeneous filling and significantly less back pressure. The connection diameters have been increased to Ø70 mm, which further optimizes the air flow.
