Intercoolers, Charge Pipes and Down Pipes for Turbo and Supercharged Vehicles

Wagner Tuning offers a wide range of intercoolers and engine parts for a variety of vehicle manufacturers and models. The intercooler is undoubtedly one of the essential components of any car with a turbocharged or supercharged engine. This forced induction is effectively supported by the intercooler, which cools down the airflow leaving the compressor significantly. The team at Wagner Tuning has specialized in the development, design and production of intercoolers and other engine parts such as air intake systems, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, down pipes, charge pipes, Y-pipes, grilles and silicon hose kits. Thanks to innovative development software and measurement technology, the highest precision in production, and the high-quality demands on Wagner team members, they have become a globally operating company with a constantly growing circle of satisfied customers. Founded in 2002, the Wagner Tuning headquarters are located in Dessau-Roßlau, Germany, with a U.S. division located in Kilgore, Texas. At WAGNER TUNING, there is no standing still, as their development engineers are always on the pulse of the latest developments. Accesspeed is proud to offer Wagner Tuning products to our customers. Clutch Kits

What is a clutch kit?

A clutch “kit” includes a new or remanufactured clutch disc, pressure plate and (in most cases) a release bearing.  A kit is the best way to go because all parts are sourced from the same supplier and are matched so the installed height will be correct to ensure proper fit for your vehicle.  Mismatched parts can sometimes cause problems engaging and releasing your clutch.

What does a clutch do?

The clutch allows you to engage the power from your engine to your transmission and, ultimately your wheels and tires. A clutch allows you to drive your vehicle, change gears, and to stop your vehicle while the engine is still running.

How do I know if I need a new clutch?

Below are some signs that your clutch is going out:

  • Loss of acceleration caused by the clutch slipping.
  • Squeaking, grinding or grumbling noise when you apply pressure to the pedal.
  • Difficulty changing gears, including grinding as you shift.
  • Vibrating or sticking clutch pedal.
  • Spongey or loose clutch pedal.
  • Poor acceleration but your engine is still revving.

How long will a clutch last?

Although clutches are designed to last between 50,000 and 100,000 miles, a variety of factors can cause a clutch to slip and need replacement. If you drive it like you stole it, with harsh acceleration, stop-start driving, and dropping the clutch to donate rubber to the road, you will likely wear down the clutch prematurely. Vehicle type, age and daily driving conditions can affect how often the clutch needs replacing. Vehicle maintenance can also be a factor in how often your clutch needs to be replaced.
