Accesspeed is excited to offer Wilwood’s racing big brake kits for the Can-Am Maverick X3 UTV. Wilwood’s matched front and rear UTV Race brake kits feature dynamically-mounted rotors and upgraded calipers for popular side-by-side machines. These Race Brake Kits combine radial-mount multi-piston calipers for greater clamping force, BP-28 (high-friction) brake pads, and large-diameter floating rotors for more brake torque to improve braking on higher-powered UTVs. Radial-mount NDPR four-piston front calipers are matched to NDPR four-piston rear calipers and use larger dynamically-mounted steel floating rotors to reduce piston knockback and improve thermal capacity. Durable steel rotors are up to 20% greater in diameter and thicker for less distortion. Dynamically mounted rotors reduce thermal stress and prevent piston knockback from rough terrain.

Wilwood’s specially formulated Hi-Temp° 570 Racing Brake Fluid has a minimum 570° F dry boiling point to withstand the severe heat requirements of automotive racing. Hi-Temp° 570’s low viscosity allows easy bleeding of your brake system, eliminating aeration of the brake fluid caused by foaming due to excessive pumping of the pedal. Hi-Temp° 570 comes in convenient 12 ounce containers hermetically sealed to guarantee against unwanted absorption of moisture which can drastically lower the fluids boiling point (fluid from larger containers tends to become contaminated with moisture, lowering its boiling point and making it unsuitable for racing applications).

• NDPR calipers offered in gray-ano finish or 24 additional caliper color options. (Additional charges apply for custom colors)
• Race-spec kits use Type III hard anodized calipers and more aggressive, fade-free BP-28 brake pads, banjo bolt and crush washers to connect to factory lines on most models.
• Fully compatible with factory master cylinder, ABS, and pedals.
• Kits fit most wheels 14” and larger.
