RCD lift kits for the 4WD Chevy/GMC SUV include CNC machined replacement cast iron steering knuckles, fully machined, T-6 billet aluminum axle spacers, heavy duty 2- piece lower sub-frame assembly and polished stainless steel "twin -link" anti-compression struts, CNC machined, zinc plated billet steel sway bar links with over-size urethane bushings and can be purchased with Bilstein shock absorbers or without shocks giving you the flexibility to choose what fits into your budget. Also availble for Air Ride suspension.
 
This kit is compatible with:

  1999-2006 Chevy Tahoe 1500 - 4WD

This kit includes:
  -Front & rear crossmembers
  -Front spindles
  -Lateral compression strut kit
  -Main kit
  -Bilstein 5100 Series Shock Absorbers
 
Tire/Wheel Specifications:
 Max Tire Size: 33" x 12.5" w/ no modifications necessary. 35" & larger x 12.5" require minor fender and/or bumoer trimming.
 
  Max Backspace: 16" x 8" - 4.5" backspacing. 16.5" & larger x 8" = 4.75" backspacing.
 
Additional Information:
  -Stock rear shock Absorbers are retained—NO shocks provided for rear
  -Recalibration of the speedometer, ABS and stability control systems (if applicable) will be required by an authorized GMC/Chevy Dealer
  -Must enlarge lower control arm sway bar end link mounting hole to 3/4” 
 

Notes

Will NOT work with Air Ride or Electronic Suspension Systems.  Use part # 10-41001AR   -Some models may require an exhaust modification to clear the front drive shaft.  Will not work on vehicles equipped with rear steering.
