The 2004 debut of the Boy Racer® Ford Mustang design, was awarded with numerous accolades and awards, such as Best of Show at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. What does throttle body spacer do?
Throttle body spacers help improve air flow into the intake manifold. TB spacers are bolted on the back of the throttle body, downstream of the main airflow tract. The result is an increase inhorsepower, torque, and fuel economy.
Do throttle bodies increase horsepower?
Yes. Horsepower increases will vary, depending on your vehicle, engine, and any other modifications. Accesspeed customers report up to 25-HP gains from a throttle body spacer.
Do you need a tune for throttle body spacer?
No. A throttle body spacer does not require a tune. However, if you do a custom tune, a throttle body spacer can help maximize the performance gain of your custom tune.
