Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines, Hard Metal Brake Lines & Rubber Brake Lines

Accesspeed offers a wide selection of brake lines for both stock caliper and aftermarket caliper applications.

What are stainless braided brake lines?

Stainless steel braided brake lines are flexible hoses fitted to a hydraulic brake system to transfer brake fluid into the calipers for proper function. Braided stainless steel brake lines improve brake system effectiveness and longevity as compared to a factory or other rubber hose system. Rubber hoses typically consist of a rubber inner hose wrapped in a textile reinforcement braid then covered in an additional rubber outer sheath.  Stainless braided hoses typically consist of a PTFE or Teflon inner hose wrapped in a braid consisting of stainless-steel wire. The stainless wire braid more effectively resists expansion due to pressure and heat inside the hose core.
